Oh, well here a few photo's from last week:
Day 39 - Feb 8
My girls had their birthday party. No big cakes but lots and lots of friends around. Over 30 kids! I took a lot of pics but for some reason all the kids have the most beautiful RED eyes, even my girls who never had red eyes in the past. Don't know what happened.
Well, my candy bags were a big success! Oh, and if you are wondering about the above pic : we were celebrating L's 7th birthday and A's 9th birthday.
Day 40 - FEB 9
L is trying to open some of the birthday presents her friends gave her. If she could, she would have open them all together, she was so excited about all those new toys.
Day 42 - Feb 11 FAMILY DAY
February 11th, 2001 was the day we met, the day we hold our baby A in our arms for the first time. I can't believe how fast time goes. Look at my baby now!
The past years we went out for dinner to celebrate but this year we had the girls birthday party and dinner a few days earlier, so we didn't go out this time. Instead we rented a movie, made some popcorn, grabbed their new little furry friends and watched the movie together. We all enjoyed it!
Day 43 - Feb 12
Tomorrow we are going to a Carnival party at my girls school. This is a part of my outfit: a cowgirl hat...
Day 44 - Feb 13 Carnival
Not easy to see it but on the right you can see A dancing. She danced all evening with her friends. She had an incredible time and I just enjoyed seeing her having fun like this!
Day 45 - Feb 14 L's birthday, 7 years old!
DAY 46 Feb 15
OK, this was taken yesterday but I really like this photo so I thought, what the ... I want to share it!
DAY 47 Feb 16 Pizza day
Pizza day today! Of course, Fu had his share too!
OK today is the last day of Fu's wild and out of control hairdo! He has an appointment at the Dog Hair Studio tomorrow. I'm so afraid they will have to shave him. You see, at the age of 8 months (he's 2 years old now) he developed a real dislike of being combed. He can't stay still and always tries to bite into the comb I'm using so it always ends the same way: after struggling with him for 20 minutes or so I give up and he wins. Result: he has so much fur and so many knots, I can't handle it anymore... we'll see tomorrow!
DAY 48 Feb 17
Here he is ! Fu and his new hairdo! They had to work for 3 and a half hours to get rid of the knots. He was very brave and let it all happen. The woman at the Hair studio doesn't understand why I have so much trouble combing him...he was such a sweet dog! I'm so happy they didn't shave him! Next month he will have to go back for another trim session and they will also wash him... life is so beautiful! Expensive but beautiful!!!
I made it, I'm back on track! With this photo I'm back on time .... hope I will keeping it this way and I really hope to have time to go check on all your blogs and comment.
